It is natural for us to be deeply relaxed, but it is not normal. From a state a of deep relaxation we are able, far more effectively, to deal with life and our environment. This technique will assist you to settle more easily into this natural state.
At the end of the meditation you will also be taken through a tunnel of colours which will enhance the healing and regenerative aspect of the meditation.
